This card said inside surprise to me, so that's what I did. When my kit arrived I cut out all the balloons out of all the sparkle paper and some of the regular cardstock. I cut my circle out of the front and arranged balloons so that they could be seen through the circle. I love the Boysenberry card stock, but wanted to tone it down. I used the diagonal stripe stencil and some white pigment ink, matching the angle of the vellum sentiment. I really like the way it turned out. I added stenciled clouds to the background and strings for the hippo to hold the balloons.
