MFT Color 105

I love the fall feel in these colors. I pulled out Blueprints 18 and a daisy from "All Smiles" card kit along with matching sentiment.

I love the look of colored pencils on dark cardstock. This stamp from Technique Tuesday was a perfect choice. I stamped the  image with Versamark ink, heat embossed with white detail embossing powder and first colored lightly with white pencil. I then added the orange and blue. By leaving everything else alone, the flowers really stand out.

I really love plaid. I have a number of stamps to make a plaid design, but I saw a loose look on Pintrest and wondered if I didn't have a background that would work. This is called "Writing Tablet" from MFT and I love the way it turned out. The color palate for this week was perfect for a fall wreath and a card for a friend recovering from surgery.
