I always enjoy a chance to show off some of my beautiful paper and this was definitely one of those times.

I think I will check out some other pieces of paper that I have left over.

When I first saw this sketch, I thought of snowflakes. I have a container that contains 2 long past snowflakes kits along with miscellaneous snow flake dies and stamps I have colleted over the years from MFT. I pulled it out and found this beautiful blue glitter paper in the box. I inked the background with some light blue to make them stand out even more. I love the result and think I will make a few more for my Christmas stash.

A "cherry" birthday card for a friend. Everything except the sentiment is from Taylored Expressions. I love the bright look of this color combination. I hope it brightens her day!

I have been in a fall frame of mind although it is 90 here in FL today. These colors go so beautifully with the fall theme. I found the brown shimmer paper in my stash and I think it looks so nice embossed with the leaves. The grays that I used as shadow on the brown and on the stamped leaves are subtle but make the design stand out. The stamped leaves, sentiment and other papers are from Taylored Expressions.

I love these beautiful fall colors. We don't have them here in FL, but being from OH, I remember them well. I chose this stamp from Taylored Expressions and colored the greenery and flowers with the colors. I used a shiplap background stamped in white on kraft cardstock. I'm sure one of my fall birthday ladies will enjoy this one, no matter where they live!
