MFT color 134

I love the Tropical Teal and Summer Splash together and thought a tropical flower would be the perfect fit. This is an old MFT stamp. I used the lighter gray for the leaves, stamping off first. I used a stencil of tropical leaves with some white ink over the steel gray. I found the sentiment on the stamp set with the hula girl. I am so pleased with the way this turned out.

WOW a new year! Where did December go? I took on the job of Activity Director in our park and it seemed like we had Thanksgiving Dinner and then it was New Year's Eve. Did anyone else have that happen?

I teach a card making class every week and since my ladies only make cards in class, I like a simple design but one that teaches a technique, and that they will be proud to send. I think this sketch definitely fills the bill. I have a number of large greeting stamps, but don't often get to use them. I love the way the greeting is front and center here.
