We have been on vacation for 2 weeks and I did not get a chance to make even 1 card. Talking about needing a "jump start", I really did. I try to participate in 5 challenges and once a week, I make a file and print it out. I was pleased to find that this one had not expired as yet and Juliee is nice enough to give all the measurements, so I decided to tackle it. I must admit, it took a couple of days for it to all come together, but I am glad that I persevered and was able to finish in time. I'm very pleased with the results.

I'm so glad that Juliee chose to use the Gina K wreath builder stencil this week. I just got this birthday stamp from Unity designed by Gina K. I have been wanting to try it out. I used paper from MFT for the bottom piece and chose my stamp colors to go along with it. I love the way it turned out. It makes me smile!

When I saw this sketch I immediately thought of this kit. I loved it from the day I saw it and made quite a few cards last year from it. I'm glad this sketch got me started on this year's cards.

I love this layout. A great way to showcase this stamp by Technique Tuesday. I colored the piece with Copics and mounted it on a light blue piece. As I tried different sentiments, Sympathy seemed most fitting.

I saw a video where a person colored on an embossing folder, spritzed it with water and ran it through an embossing machine. After about 4 tries, I came up with this. I just love the way it turned out.

I love these colors together. I used a Hero Arts Stamp for fish and sentiment, MFT cardstock, SU stamp for the sand and a TE stencil for the waves.

I always love the MOJO sketches and I'm happy when I get to create. I fell in love with this pretty paper from Gina K and wanted to showcase it. I love the way this turned out.
