I watched a video about cutting up my 12X12 paper into usable pieces for card making. I have been trying to purge and found this one piece of paper. It was not part of a collection, so I cut it up as instructed. When I saw this sketch, I knew I could make the paper work as a background. The rest came together beautifully. I stamped the flower and sentiment with Versamark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. I colored the flower with Pan Pastels, a gift from my cousin. The flower, leaves and sentiment are all from My Favorite Things. I added dimension to the leaves with a colored pencil.
